Services include facilitation and provision of digital health consultation, telemedicine services, hardware/software access, and scheduling physical consultations with registered medical practitioners (each a “Service”, collectively the “Services”). By using our Platform or the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree with the privacy practices described in this privacy policy. This privacy policy is incorporated by reference into the Terms.

This privacy policy is published in compliance with, inter alia:

  • Section 43A of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (“IT Act”);
  • Rule 4 of the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Information) Rules, 2011 (“SPDI Rules”); and

3. Disclosure of Your Information

  • Registered Medical Practitioners: Patient information is shared with the practitioner when a consultation is booked.
  • Laboratories & Medical Stores: Relevant information is shared when laboratory tests or medicine purchases are requested by the patient's practitioner.
  • Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist us in operating the Platform (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processors), bound by confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal Authorities: When required by law or in response to valid legal processes.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Patient's data may also be shared with other hospitals, laboratories, and medical stores with the patient's permission.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, access controls, and secure cloud storage to protect your personal information and SPDI. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
